Brian Grant Foundation
The Brian Grant Foundation helps people live better with Parkinson’s through exercise, nutrition, and a supportive community. Through exercise classes based on the latest research, cooking classes with nutritionists, and retreats led by experts in wellness, we encourage and inspire healthy living for people with Parkinson’s.

Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s
We help people with Parkinson’s live well. While it’s critical to find a cure for Parkinson’s, we feel strongly that people with Parkinson’s also need information in order to take action and live well today. To support our mission, we provide FREE programs including: educational events, tools and informational materials.

Malaysian Parkinson’s Disease Association
Its main aim is to provide support and improve the quality of life for PD patients and their families. It is basically a self-help organisation where members learn from and support one another. The Association EDUCATES through medical talks/seminars by medical, healthcare specialists, etc, about Parkinson’s Disease.

Malta Parkinson’s Disease Association

    Not only am I living with advanced PD, I also have severe postprandial hypotension and episodes of cerebral hypotension during which my brain has decrease assimilation of levodopa, nutrients, and oxygen. Food choices are not easy for me.

    Teresa, that is a lot to deal with, and indeed food choices can be difficult. But I am wondering if your doctor has ruled out Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension, which is not uncommon among folks with PD. If so, there may be a medication that could help – see:
